Fixxon Joint Fill

Direction for use

The grout should be added slowly to clean water and the mixing ratio is 3.5 volume of powder to 1 part watermix to a smooth consistency to provide a slump free easily workable mortar. The mixture is immediately ready for use and has a working tile of approximately 15- 20 minutes.

Application Process

1. Brush and clean the surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, release agents, dust, curing compounds and other surface contaminants. This will expose the bare concrete pores.
2. The prepared concrete surface should be wetted with water to achieve a saturated surface dry condition before the application of the coating.
3. Properly mix Fixxon Waterproof in the proportion of 1.5:1 (powder : Liquid) by volume with a slow speed drill machine to get a brush-applicable consistency.
4. Apply the first coat of the slurry prepared on water-saturated wet concrete.
5. Allow at least 3 hrs. cure before applying second coat in direction perpendicular to the first coat.
6. curing with water must be thorough and continuous for more than seven days.

Fixxon Cleaner

Direction for use

Dilute one part fixxon tile cleaner to 4 part clean water as required for cleaning glazed and unglazed ceramic tiles, sanitary goods. Fixxon G-MIX is a milky white liquid polymer which protects tile joint filler, enhances its color & makes the joint dust proof.

Direction for use

For newly laid tiles dilute 1 part of G-MIX with 2 parts of water and use this liquid to mix the tile joint filler for old tiles clean the joint with fixxon cleaner and apply the G-MIX liberally with help of a small brush.

Uc Primer

UNDE COAT PRIMEER is a water based primer designed as a barrier to prevent water, alkali and other compounds from reaching the surface and to avoid efflorescence that can cause surface discolouration especially in cemebt substrates, stones and porous tiles.

Application Method

Surface preparation

• Ensure that the surfaces are clean and free from loose particles, oil, grease etc.

Instructions for use

• Fixxon UC Primer can be applied directly on the back side of the marbles, tiles, stones.
• Using a soft brush and apply two coats, apply first coat horizonticaly after dry condtion apply second coat in vertically.
• allow 45 minutes of drying time between two coats.

Coverage

As a neat back coat 10-15 m/liter per coat. Actual coverage depending on texture and porosity of substrace.

Shelf Life

Marble coat can be stored upto one year in cool and dry condition in original packing.
